Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items purchased on clearance or special promotions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
